WORK PURPOSE

For Renco's Buildings division we are looking for a Project Manager with experience.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the project from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. In detail: Construction of a Temporary Building in the Total LNG project on the Afungi Peninsula for the CCS JV client.

- Supervise the engineering activities and elaboration of project’s technical documents.
- Be responsible for managing all activities involved in EPC projects covering the define and execution phases including HSE, engineering, detail design, construction supervision, contractual management, inspection and quality control.
- Manage project budget, keep the projects on schedule, interface with regulatory authorities, supervise plant startup, and turnover to the client.

REQUIRED COMPETENCES

- Capacity to work independently and organize resources.




- Leadership and resources management.
- Knowledge and practice of IT software.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Professional knowledge in English language.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum 15 years of overall experience - of which minimum 5 years of proven experience as Project Manager in Building Works/civil construction projects (50+ million USD contract value) in remote areas and multicultural environments. Experience in Mozambique will be preferential.
- Skilled in management of engineering activities and technical documents.
- Knowledge of contract law with regards to construction projects.
- Degree in Engineering.
