Drive Your Future The Project

Manager will be responsible for managing development projects in the automotive field aimed at integrating Pirelli systems inside series vehicles. The mission is to enhance safety and driving experience by creating state‐of‐the‐art technologies that empower vehicles to navigate diverse driving conditions with optimal stability and control.

You Core Activities Project Planning: Lead the development of comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation for vehicle stability and control systems projects. define project tasks and resource requirements Stakeholder Management: Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, progress, and addressing any concerns or changes proactively. manage project budget Risk Management:



Identify potential risks and challenges related to project execution and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met, and resources are utilized efficiently. Uphold rigorous quality control processes, ensuring that vehicle stability and control system solutions meet and exceed industry standards and customer expectations.

Leverage your deep understanding of automotive engineering, vehicle dynamics, stability control, automotive embedded SW with related V‐cycle development processes and related technologies to provide guidance and support to the project team.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging novel ideas and creative problem‐solving.

What We Are Looking For Master's degree in electronic engineering or mechanical engineering 5-10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on automotive projects on automotive electronic systems. Strong technical knowledge of automotive technologies, software integration, multiple parties projects, A-SPICE, Functional safety and Cybersecurity methodologies. Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.

Prior experience in interfacing OEM customers and external partners Excellent proficiency in English.
