Permanent Tempo pieno The Engineering and Construction(E&C;)Project Managerwill oversee and manage the permitting, contracting, engineering,procuring,constructingand commissioning of new large scale renewable plants indifferent locationsin Italy,while ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and agreed quality standards. The role will beestablishingand maintaining productive and collaborative relationships with EPC and other contractors, representatives of the grid operators and governmental entities, internal stakeholders, as well as various service providers.
The role will work in parallel with several renewableplant projects, taking overall responsibility for activities throughout the lifecycle of the plant, development, engineering,constructionand operations.Theywillensure cross-functional teams are informedin a timely mannerof all project information necessary for them to effectively perform their duties. The E&C; Project Manager will review and approve contractor documentation for the completed plants and monitor,analyseand report regularly on performance and incidents during plant construction.Theywill promote safe and efficient worksites andwill be dedicated tocontinuousimprovement in respect to PV engineering standards, bestpracticesand QA/QC aspects.
Desirable skills
Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent
Contract negotiation skills and ability to communicate well in both written and verbal English
Experience of the Italianrenewablemarket and grid connection procedures, and proven project management skills, with substantial experience of managing complex commercial or industrial construction projects
Strongproficiencyin Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project or other Project Management software to control programs of work,budgetand control deviations, with working knowledge of AutoCAD,PVSyst
Experience using or developing digital tools or workflows to improve efficiency,innovationand productivity
