Overview

In this role you will manage overall project cost, schedule, and budgets while coordinating contractors and consultants. You’ll lead client meetings, advocate on the client’s behalf, and monitor cost drivers to support engineering decisions. You will drive project delivery from planning through close‑out, ensuring timely handover and risk control. This is a hands‑on opportunity to influence high‑profile Life Sciences, High Tech, or Logistics facilities and contribute to Turner & Townsend’s project excellence.

Responsibilities

- Manage overall project cost, schedule, and budgets and track critical milestones
- Oversee General Contractor, vendors, and consultants through the project lifecycle
- Review and approve construction proposals, pricing, scopes, and cost‑loaded schedules
- Assess work‑in‑place, approve capital expenditure spends, and review payment requests
- Lead client meetings and advocate on behalf of the client during disputes or change orders
- Monitor cost‑related factors and support engineering decisions related to project cost and budget




- Coordinate and oversee scheduling consultant reviews to ensure timelines
- Manage transfer of building operations to the client, including close‑out documents and warranties
- Review and validate cost estimates prepared by contractors and client organization
- Identify and document potential claims and act on behalf of the client

Qualifications

- Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Construction Project Manager in Life Sciences, High Tech facility, or Logistics construction
- Advanced skills in spreadsheets, report writing, and presentations
- Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to multi‑task
- Self‑motivated team player with entrepreneurial thinking and creativity
- Experience in managing teams, delivering commissions, and business development
- Fluent in English and Italian
