Experteer Overview

Capco Project Manager roles drive change across full project and programme lifecycles within financial services. You design, plan and implement initiatives, defining scope, targets, deadlines, and quality standards. You collaborate with clients, product owners and teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and communicate with stakeholders. You contribute to PM tools and methodologies within a collaborative community. This role offers growth in Capco’s Italian consulting hub and the chance to shape delivery across complex programmes.

- Define strategic roadmaps and objectives across client projects and programmes within Financial Services
- Create detailed project plans with milestones, deadlines, and resource allocation
- Deliver projects/programmes in line with defined success criteria
- Communicate project status and reports to business stakeholders
- Develop and execute roll-out strategies and engagement plans
- Contribute to project management tools and methodologies
- Collaborate with clients, product owners and project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery




- Perform ongoing quality control to maintain standards throughout development

Responsabilità

- Significant project management experience in the Financial Services industry
- Experience in management/technology consulting with FS clients desired
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall and related methodologies
- Experience leading implementation projects
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Rally, Confluence, Trello)
