Experteer Overview

As a Project Leader in hydraulics, you drive the development of hydraulic components and systems for driveline projects. You will coordinate engineers and resources to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and suppliers. You will manage technical reviews, BOM releases, and DFMEA, contributing to a robust validation plan and process improvements. This role blends systems engineering with hands‑on project leadership to deliver reliable, manufacturable solutions for automotive powertrains.

- Coordinate engineers and resources to develop new hydraulic technologies for vehicles while achieving quality, cost, and schedule targets
- Ensure deliverables align with planning (DFMEA, Technical Design Reviews, drawings, BOM releases) and Engineering KPIs
- Identify optimal technical, economical,



and manufacturing solutions for hydraulic components and systems in driveline applications with cross‑functional stakeholders
- Ensure system/subsystem/component integration within cost and performance targets
- Coordinate co‑design activities with suppliers for systems, subsystems, or components to meet performance requirements
- Maintain project status documentation and support the Hydraulic Powertrain team at major milestones
- Contribute to the Product Validation plan
- Identify design solutions to improve manufacturing processes
- Incorporate engineering standards, methodologies, and global product development processes into daily tasks
