WHAT'S THE ROLE? We’re looking for an Intern to join our Pricing and Margin team who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, high-performing, international working culture. WHO IS HILTI?

- As Pricing and Margin Intern, you'll be supporting the Pricing and Margin team in various activities, from operational topics to project management, support in building training materials and analysis.- You will also be able to discover how a marketing department work in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment.
- This means to be a fast-learner, curious and open by nature, to ensure smooth onboarding and effective support to the team. The job will involve working in tight contacts with many departments, and a multi-level approach would be required to be successful in the job.
- Your main tasks will be: - Support in Solutions related operations for Countries with specific focus on Italy
- Margin evaluations of sales opportunities
- Support in coordination of team projects
- Support sales force in providing Pricing KPIs for Italy and Southern Europe
- Update of our main KPIs reports




- Evaluate and handle Sales Force discount requests
- Support in presentation preparation, training sessions **You will join a diverse team of people with a variety of backgrounds and experiences, that you can leverage to grow and be successful in the role.** WHAT DO WE OFFER?

During your internship, you will have scheduled touch points with your tutor. WHAT YOU NEED IS: - Min. Bachelor's degree, ideally in Management Engineering/ Economics / Marketing / Sales
Fluent in English and Italian
Good analytical skills
Good knowledge of Office Suite: PPT, XL, WORD, etc.
