**Italian Speaking Customer Support Job in Greece** **JOB TITLE**: Customer Support
**LOCATION**: Athens, Greece
**WORKPLACE**: Company Office

**LANGUAGES**: Fluent Italian, B2 English
**SALARY**: 1045€ -1200€
**RELOCATION**: Provided **Responsibilities**: - Dealing with customer queries for various issues related to products or services.
- Provide information about products and services to the customers over the phone.
- Escalation and rerouting of the issues to other departments if required to do so.
- Provide technical/non-technical phone support to customers. **Requirements**: - Fluent in Italian and B2 or medium level of English Language
- Ability to walk customers through complex procedures from start to finish.
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting technical issues will be an advantage.
- Excellent level of computer and internet using skills with MS Office
- Should have the adaptability to a fast-paced work environment in the company.
