Professional Voice Actor – Italian (AI Training) About The Role What if your Italian voice could directly shape how AI understands and communicates with millions of people around the world? We're looking for experienced Italian-speaking voice actors and voice-over professionals to record expressive, high-quality audio and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping train the next generation of advanced AI systems. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals.

No AI background needed — just a commanding Italian voice, a professional setup, and a sharp ear for quality.

Note: This role does not involve voice cloning of any kind.

What You'll Do Record professional-grade Italian voice audio using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and creative prompts

Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, and emotional expression

Provide clear, detailed, and actionable feedback to help improve synthesized voice outputs

Review scripts and suggest refinements to improve clarity and ensure authentic, natural-sounding delivery

Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule Who You Are Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or related performance-based audio work





Native or near-native fluency in Italian with a strong command of natural spoken expression

Equipped with a high-quality large diaphragm microphone and access to a quiet, controlled recording environment

Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently

Sharp ear for nuance — you notice subtle differences in tone, cadence, and pronunciation

Detail-oriented when it comes to evaluating and documenting voice quality Nice to Have Experience across multiple Italian regional accents or dialects

Background in radio, broadcasting, theatre, or commercial voice work

Familiarity with audio editing tools or DAW software
