Product Specialist – Wound Closure & Healing

Our Surgery team is reimagining how we heal. We are looking for a Product Specialist to manage the promotion of Wound Closure & Healing products in Lombardia, leading commercial strategy in your territory and providing technical and commercial support to surgeons and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

- Interact with clinical stakeholders (surgeons and scrub nurses) to explain product technical features and provide training during surgical procedures.
- Support participation in public tender procedures and negotiation of private contracts, ensuring successful end‑to‑end process.
- Develop projects related to data management & insights, including predictive analysis based on data.
- Support digital solutions launched by J&J; and contribute to their strategic execution.
- Apply health economics expertise to collect and analyze data, substantiate economic value proposition of J&J; products, and disseminate value‑based messages to customers.

Qualifications

- Master’s Degree in STEM or Economics, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the health sector, preferably MedTech.
- Background or coursework in Digital Marketing, Project Management, or Business Data Analytics,



or hands‑on experience in these areas.
- Fluency in Italian (native) and English.
- Motivation to start a career that could transform health for humanity.

Base Pay Range

€36,000.00 – €57,155.00 per year
