Experteer Overview

In this role you support the Motion Motors division by providing CAD-based design support and technical expertise for low-voltage motors. You translate customer requirements into mechanical drawings and act as the interface between local sales and the Finland plant. You prepare technical documentation for distributors and assist with motor customization across industries. This position blends hands‑on design, technical guidance, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive customer solutions and product customization.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Prepare and modify mechanical drawings using AutoCAD to support sales activities
- Serve as the technical interface between factory and local sales for motor customization
- Prepare technical documentation for distributors and customers
- Provide technical support and guidance to the sales network on motor specifications




- Visit customers to understand requirements and propose technical solutions
- Support multiple industrial segments including Water & Wastewater, Food & Beverage, Metals and more

Responsabilità

- Cad and mechanical design principles
- Experience with mechanical drawings and technical support for industrial products
- 1–2 years in a similar role (industrial or electromechanical)
- Enhanced knowledge of low-voltage electric motors and customization processes
- Teamwork, problem-solving and customer orientation
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Technician diploma
- English proficiency (written and spoken)
