Product Review Analyst (AI Training) About The Role What if your eye for quality and your experience as an everyday shopper could directly improve the AI tools that millions of people rely on for product recommendations? We're looking for Product Review Analysts to evaluate AI-generated product reviews, comparisons, and recommendations — helping ensure the content is accurate, helpful, and genuinely trustworthy. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong critical thinking and a good sense of what makes a product review useful.
No e-commerce or retail background required — if you've ever read a product review and thought "that doesn't sound right," you're already thinking like one of us.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Read and evaluate AI-generated product reviews, descriptions, and comparisons across categories including electronics, home goods, fashion, and more
Rate content for accuracy, helpfulness, authenticity, and natural tone
Identify misleading claims, fake-sounding language, factual errors, or low-quality writing
Provide structured, detailed feedback using rating scales and written commentary
Flag content that could mislead consumers or misrepresent products
Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule Who You Are Familiar with online shopping and what makes a product review genuinely useful
Sharp eye for quality — you can tell when something sounds off or overly promotional
Detail-oriented and consistent in how you evaluate content
Clear and concise written communicator
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
No retail, e-commerce, or AI experience required Nice to Have Background in writing, editing, journalism, or consumer advocacy
Experience with quality assurance, research, or content evaluation
Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms as a regular shopper or reviewer
