To support the growth of our team, we are looking for a Product Owner who is familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum) or motivated to learn and adopt them.

The selected candidate will work closely with the R&D; and Sales teams, interacting with internal and external stakeholders to understand and define their needs.

The ideal candidate has a natural understanding of users, a strong desire to study the market, competition, and future trends, and the ability to translate needs into concrete product solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and communicate the Product VisionManage and prioritize the Product Backlog based on valueWrite and maintain clear and understandable Product Backlog ItemsMaximize product value and team outputEnsure continuous alignment with stakeholders and customersAccept or reject product incrementsProvide clarity on Sprint and product goalsSupport the team without interfering with self-organizationRequirementsSTEM degree or equivalent experienceStrong value-based prioritization skillsClarity in defining requirementsExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesResults-oriented mindset with focus on value measurementUnderstanding of the Scrum framework and Agile principlesProactive and flexible approach, able to operate in dynamic and evolving environmentsExcellent command of English (minimum B2 level)Nice to HaveKnowledge of the robotics domain or hands-on experience in robotics (ROS,
