We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product Team. You will be a driving force behind the development and success of Sphere, our platform that allows clients to interact autonomously with MDOTM's Artificial Intelligence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define our product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure that our product meets the needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, based on business goals, customer value, and resource constraints.
Implement and adapt agile methodologies across the product development process.
Work closely with our engineering, research, and design teams to deliver high-quality features on time and within budget.
Stay updated on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive product innovation and differentiation.
Champion user-centricity and ensure that our product provides exceptional user experiences.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
Maintain streamlined documentation that supports quick decision-making and minimizes bureaucracy.
Skills Required
Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
2+ years of product management experience, preferably in a startup environment related to financial and/or technology-related projects
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to adapt them
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make quick, data-informed decisions
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and pivot as needed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
Passion for finance and artificial intelligence, with a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends Why Join Us?
