Overview

In this role, you will support External Manufacturing activities across Europe, focusing on pricing accuracy, cost transparency, and smooth collaboration with contract manufacturers. You will drive service excellence, cost savings, and compliance while enabling efficient operations. Working within a highly collaborative, international team, you’ll manage pricing, cost cards, and PIH coordination to deliver high-quality outcomes. This is an opportunity to impact procurement processes across global partners and contribute to SC Johnson’s sustainable growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enable reliable data and strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute global pricing processes with timely, accurate data updates
- Maintain pricing compliance and support internal audits
- Manage pricing uploads and supplier data systems
- Own end-to-end Cost Card (CC) process with data consolidation
- Create and validate cost cards with contract manufacturers (3PMs)
- Maintain accurate cost data in SAP for finished goods
- Support quarterly updates and ad hoc projects (new products, portfolio changes)
- Ensure compliance, reporting, and data integrity




- Coordinate PIH lifecycle from intake to external approval
- Partner with global shared services and cross‑functional teams
- Ensure documentation completeness and compliance
- Manage communication with external manufacturing partners
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Planning, Quality, Engineering, and R&D;
- Build strong relationships with external manufacturing partners

Requirements

- Experience in procurement, supply chain, finance operations, or similar roles
- Strong Excel skills (handling large datasets)
- Experience with SAP or willingness to learn
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Upper‑intermediate English (written and spoken)
- Proactive and solution‑oriented mindset
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Continuous learning attitude
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Effective communicator across functions and cultures
- Legally eligible to work in the country
