Procurement Operations

Specialist – External Manufacturing (3PM) Join a dynamic Procurement Operations team where you will play a key role in supporting External Manufacturing (EM) activities across Europe. This role focuses on delivering value through pricing accuracy, cost transparency, and seamless coordination with internal stakeholders and external manufacturing partners. You’ll contribute to key business priorities including service excellence, cost savings, quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Pricing Management

Execute global pricing processes, ensuring data is updated accurately and on time Maintain pricing compliance and support internal audits Manage pricing uploads and supplier data systems Cost Card (CC) Management Own the end‑to‑end cost card process, including data consolidation (materials, labor, scrap rates) Create and validate cost cards with contract manufacturers (3PMs) Maintain accurate cost data in SAP for finished goods Support quarterly updates and ad‑hoc projects (e.g. new products, portfolio changes) Ensure compliance, reporting,



and data integrity Ensure documentation completeness and compliance Manage communication with external manufacturing partners Work closely with Procurement, Finance, Planning, Quality, Engineering, and R&D; Build strong relationships with external manufacturing partners Experience in procurement, supply chain, finance operations, or similar roles Strong Excel skills (handling large datasets) Experience with SAP or willingness to learn Solid organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Upper‑intermediate English (written and spoken) This role isn't eligible for international relocation In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short‑term incentive, and/or long‑term incentives.
