Our Client is an international Corporation working in the packaging sector. In order to strengthen their Executive Board, they’re looking for a Plant Director. **Posizione**:
Reporting directly to the Board, the resource will have the following responsibilities: - Coordinate the management of the relevant business functions;
- Coordinate and optimize operational activities in order to make them more effective and efficient for the business;
- Monitor financial statements, adherence to budgets, and delivery schedules;
- Develop the level of industrialization while maintaining the goal of saturation of production resources and machinery;
- Develop investment projects of expertise approved by the board of directors;
- Manage operational structures by helping to develop for different functions adequate training on the technical skills needed to meet the Group's evolution;
- Coordinate the Group's various business departments. **Requisiti**: - Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field;
- Good program and stakeholder management skills;
- At least 15 years of proven experience in the role within manufacturing settings;
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills;
- Strong skills in budget development and oversight;
