**Your role**
We are seeking a highly motivated **Junior Research Scientist** to join our **Innovation, Research & Development** team. This role is focused on supporting **screening platforms and products**,assisting with **screening activities** for external collaborators and in developing new technologies. The position is primarily **laboratory-based**, involving work in **molecular biology, tissue biology, cell biology,histology and microscopy**to drive research projects and deliver timely results.
- Independently design, execute, and evaluate **tissue biology experiments** with attention to experimental integrity.
- Conduct laboratory work in **molecular biology**, **tissue biology**, and **histology** to support R&D; objectives.
- Ensure the accurate and critical interpretation of experimental results.
- Contribute to the development of **screening platforms** and **product screening processes**.
- Assist in the execution of **screening activities** for external entities.




- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of experimental protocols and results.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of research outcomes into broader R&D; projects. **About you**
- **Educational Requirements**: - Master’s Degree in **Science**, **Biology**, **Biotechnology**, **Chemistry**, **Pharmaceutical Technology**, or a related field.
- A **PhD** in a relevant discipline is advantageous.
- **Experience**: - Up to **3 years of professional experience** in molecular biology, tissue biology, or histology.
- Hands-on laboratory experience during academic studies or professional roles is strongly preferred.
- Experience in QC would be a plus
- **Technical Skills**: - Proficiency in **molecular biology** techniques (e.g. PCR, qPCR, etc).
- Hands-on experience in **tissue biology** and **histology** techniques (e.g. tissue sectioning, staining, microscopy).
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting experimental data.
- Statistics
- **Language Requirements**: - Fluency in **English** (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in **Italian** is required.
- **Soft Skills**: - Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration and reporting.
