Experteer Overview

In this role, you will steer preconstruction for commercial interior fit-out projects, from initial client engagement through tender and pre-contract stages. You’ll align design development, estimating, and documentation, handing over to the Delivery team for build execution. You’ll collaborate across design, delivery, and procurement to ensure value, constructability, and profitable outcomes. Retribuzione / Benefits

- Lead the estimating proposal from scope to final costing and tender submission
- Review plans/drawings/specifications to define materials, labor, and time
- Collaborate with Delivery in planning prior to project initiation
- Identify constructability issues and value engineering opportunities; drive corrections
- Manage cash flow and communicate potential profit opportunities to the Project team
- Oversee subcontractor bid process to ensure consistent scope and details




- Ensure project schedules support estimating and purchasing
- Develop and present complete project budgets during client acquisition and project initiation
- Protect profitability, client satisfaction, and secure quality subcontractors
- Build and nurture subcontractor relationships prioritizing client needs

Responsabilità

- Experience in Preconstruction for Commercial Interiors or Corporate Fit-out (or highly relevant alternative)
- Mentor/leadership experience with junior team members; ability to manage on larger projects
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Hybrid role based in or near Milan
- Understanding of estimating, budgeting, constructability reviews, and subcontractor management
