Experteer Overview

In this role you will drive value for customers by guiding adoption of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and shaping an integrated Global Solution. You will lead workshops to map current and target processes, perform gap analysis, and align solution architecture with customer needs. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure a successful project lifecycle from SIT/UAT to go-live. You will communicate between customers and internal experts to deliver a compliant, value-driven solution. This is an opportunity to influence digital transformation in manufacturing environments at scale.

- Oversee SIT/UAT phases, plan tests, manage defects, and communicate with stakeholders for a smooth go-live
- Ensure delivered solution adheres to the Scope of Work and customer expectations




- Serve as main liaison between customer and internal teams (developers, algorithm experts, infrastructure consultants, system integrators)

Responsabilità

- 5+ years of experience as a Functional/Business Analyst in IT system integration within manufacturing (automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment)
- Solid knowledge of web application architecture (APIs, Web Services), data analysis, and data migration processes
- Functional understanding of PLM systems and manufacturing concepts (EBOM, MBOM, Bill of Process, Work Instructions)
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and go-live; defect logs and liaising with end-users
- Basic familiarity with ERP, APS, MOM and MES systems
- Availability and willingness to travel
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
