As a People Business Partner for the GOSP area, you align HR strategies with business goals, delivering tailored HR solutions through cross-functional collaboration. You support managers across recruitment, performance, development, and conflict management, while coordinating with COEs to implement rewards, learning, and people initiatives. You’ll manage headcount planning and org design in line with cost targets, and analyze HR data to drive improvements.
You contribute to a positive, inclusive, international culture and ensure legal and policy compliance.
Responsibilities and Benefits
- Understand business needs with leaders and design tailored HR solutions
- Support managers on HR matters including recruitment, performance, talent development, and conflict management
- Implement reward policies in collaboration with the Reward unit
- Support development and learning initiatives with the relevant COE
- Ensure headcount planning balances business needs with cost constraints
- Oversee right sizing and operating model of organizational structures with the Orga team
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policiesPromote a positive, international, and inclusive company culture
- Coordinate local implementation of centrally designed Group projects with COE
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HRBP experience in the Insurance sector
- Deep knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations
- Proven project management experience
- Analytical and problem solving abilities
- Fluent in English
