Santambrogio|Milano is an innovative brand in the field of glass architecture and high-end furniture. We are looking for a detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive professional to handle back-office tasks and assist with basic social media management. Your Responsibilities: - Back Office & Administrative Support
- Organizing documents and maintaining the materials library.
- Assisting in logistics, shipments, and order management.
- Basic Social Media Support (NO strategic planning)
- Posting pre-defined content on Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Replying to messages and comments professionally.
- Updating stories and making minor graphic edits (if needed). Who we are looking for:




Diploma from an ITS (Higher Technical Institute) in business administration or equivalent qualification. Good knowledge of English (written and spoken). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic familiarity with Instagram and LinkedIn (posting and interactions). Interest in the design and furniture industry is a plus.
