The person will be trained (if not already in possession of knowledge in the corporate field) in the tasks of company secretary. He/she will support the Firm's professionals in the following activities: - Corporate practices Chamber of Commerce and Revenue Agency
- Entratel electronic submissions
- Filling in F24 forms, Intra forms
- Ordinary office secretariat
- Document processing and archiving
- Occasional external commissions. Required: - Excellent knowledge of the Office package
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Seriousness, reliability and confidentiality
- Aptitude for problem solving, precision and organization. A 12-month fixed-term contract is offered with permanent contract opportunities. Full-time position.
