Join Electrolux Professional Group - as SUPPLIER QUALITY AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST ABOUT THE JOB Electrolux Professional Purchasing plays a crucial role in achieving the company's objectives. As a Supplier Quality & Development Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a disciplined supplier quality process, which includes supplier selection, qualification, component approval, performance monitoring, and development. Your strong analytical skills will enhance supplier audit reporting and ratings, ensuring evaluations align with rigorous criteria. Additionally, you will gather quality performance data from Group factories and implement targeted improvement actions with suppliers accordingly. ABOUT YOUR TASKS
- Plan audit for general, manufacturing process and product purpose releasing audit reports with evidence and rating according to the standard defined
- Be accountable of implementation of actions required to suppliers to reduce gaps between supplier status and EPR standards
- Guide structural changes of internal processes, procedures and templates taking advantage of best practices achieved
- Providing a strong contribution to the Component Approval Process
- Supporting improvement and implementation of contractual documents exchanged with suppliers regarding requirements, quality and sustainability standards
- Being center of knowledge and best practice for component manufacturing process, control and product validation
- Deploy sustainability policy through the supply chain enforcing necessary actions to ensure the commitment an overall compliance of the Company to legislation and Customer requirements ABOUT YOU
- Technical degree in a branch of Engineering or equivalent by experience
- Significative industrial experience (manufacturing,



lean manufacturing engineering, Quality, Sustainability) minimum 3 years
- Internal or external Audit experience (internal audit or second/third part audit)
- Knowledge of risk assessment tools and quality tools (FMEA, PDCA, problem solving,)
- Kaizen and Continuous Improvement experience and mindset is considered a plus
- Languages: Mandatory fluent English, any other language will be an asset
