**System Maintenance Team - Internship**
**Fulltime**_ ****_**Milan** **About us** **Purpose of the job**
For our Milan office we are looking for a new internship within the System Maintenance Team. A System Maintenance teams’ intern will maintain logistics execution system (mainly Cello TMS) and study, design, improve and monitor business processes within operations. As SDS continues to grow and add more activities and challenges, it is imperative that our operations team has a thorough knowledge of each process, striving to continuously improve and communicate these processes to our teams and stakeholders. The focus of the role is primarily on maintaining logistics operation (system wise). The intern will support the activities of the Innovation Team: - Proactively monitor system (Cello TMS) performance, and advise operations to solve errors in system (Cello TMS)
- Participate in the solution finding process from the idea to implementation at local and international level




- Participate on managing the projects from the identifying requirements to implementation
- Documents IT (Cello TMS) procedures aligned with operation **Profile**
In order to succeed in this role, we are looking for: - A Bachelor / Master degree in Engineering / Mathematics / Physics / Logistics or similar.
- Experience with ERP, TMS & WMS systems would be plus, but not necessary to have.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Mandatory fluency in English and Italian.
- Hands-on mentality, eager to take initiative and deliver targets.
