As a Partner Operations Manager in Italy, you will lead end-to-end installation, maintenance, and post-installation activities for Pickup and Return Points, aligning with Amazon’s customer‑centric delivery goals. You’ll manage complex partner ecosystems, drive strategic projects and process improvements, and scale operations across markets. You’ll use data‑driven insights to optimize performance while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and leadership.

Retribuzione / Benefits

Lead end-to-end installation, maintenance, and post-installation activities for Pickup and Return Points across markets

Drive strategic projects including new product launches, geographic expansion, and process improvements

Manage complex supplier relationships and negotiate SLAs to achieve high compliance

Oversee hardware sourcing, importation logistics, and multi-country inventory management





Apply AI and low/no-code tools to streamline processes and boost productivity

Manage program finances including POs, invoices, and P&L; for cost centers

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business objectives

Develop dashboards and KPI tracking to monitor uptime, cycle time, and cost performance

Lead change management and scalable transformations across operations

Responsabilità

Bachelor‑level degree or equivalent in operations, supply chain, or related field

3+ years managing end‑to‑end operational xlwpduy processes including installation or field service operations

Experience managing supplier relationships with measurable performance improvements

Experience using project management tools with milestone tracking

Experience managing budgets exceeding $1MM annually including PO and invoice processing

Experience conducting data analysis to identify issues and implement KPI‑driven improvements

Experience managing hardware inventory or physical assets across multiple locations
