You'll be responsible for identifying, recruiting and onboarding new Microsoft partners, MSPs and System Integrators, creating long-term relationships that drive mutual success and revenue growth. Company:

Recognised Microsoft partner working with leading MSPs, System Integrators and channel organisations across EMEA Role:
Drive the recruitment of new strategic partners across Italy, focusing on Microsoft-focused MSPs, System Integrators and channel organisations
Identify, prospect and engage high-potential partners through outbound business development and networking
Own the full partner acquisition lifecycle from initial outreach through to onboarding and activation
Develop compelling joint value propositions and business plans to establish successful long-term partnerships
Collaborate with Partner Account Managers, Sales, Marketing and Technical teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
Build a strong pipeline of prospective partners while consistently achieving new partner recruitment and revenue targets About you:
4+ years' experience in Channel Sales, xrdbqlu Partner Development, Alliance Management or New Business Sales within B2B SaaS or enterprise software
Fluent in both Italian and English
Proven track record of acquiring and developing new channel or partner relationships
Experience working with Microsoft partners, MSPs, System Integrators or the wider Microsoft ecosystem
Highly commercial with a true new business hunter mentality and a passion for building strategic partnerships
Confident engaging senior stakeholders and negotiating commercial partnership agreements
Self-motivated, resilient and driven by ambitious growth targets
Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
