- Interest in Human Factors, AI, Automation or Safety management
- Basic knowledge of data analysis, programming or system engineering is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills

- Assist in user experience research, data analysis and simulations
- Participate in EU-funded projects and industry collaborations
