This position will be part of the Cloud and Hosting Services Infrastructure Team with the focus on On-Prem Infrastructure. This unique job requires the ability to work effectively and closely with Global IT team members, 3rd party vendors and as well with On-Prem team members in different locations. **What you'll be doing** Prioritize tasks, resolve complex problems. Requires little direction, gives guidance to others, works on technical projects, and has advanced knowledge within area of functional responsibility:
- Coordination between different international teams/3rd party to archive solutions (Project and issue related)
- Guide and support in achieving standards & compliance of infrastructure.
- Provide high level technical support as needed and perform root cause analysis for problems experienced within the area of technical responsibility.
- Implement and support advanced and diverse technical solutions that address infrastructure requirements.
- Provide technical support and expertise on the technical components of both medium and large projects.
- Remain up to date on new and emerging technologies within the area of technical expertise.
- Identify and implement technical improvements in the architecture and/or infrastructure of existing systems.
- Conduct Monthly Infrastructure meetings with Manufacturing/Commercial/R&D; sites as needed.
- Manage and assist sites with VMware security patches/upgrades across environments
- Manage and assist with Backup standardization. **What you'll bring** **Skills**

- Ability to manage concurrent initiatives. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred or equivalent experience required, including 5+ years in a technical environment.
- AWS Certification and work experience (CSAA or higher).
- AZURE Certification (at least AZ fundamentals) preferred
- Skills in Background of Infrastructure, Cloud, VMware, Citrix, Network (including LAN, WAN, Wireless devices, IP Phone and Firewall rules)
- Skills in Security (IAM, AD, etc.) preferred
- Experience in a regulated and qualified environment (large international or Enterprise company level).
- Keep good communication (English), motivation and actively support emotional intelligence into the organization.
- Strong organizational and accountability skills required.
