Organizational Development Intern

Hi. We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for an Organizational Development Intern to join us at Nuvola, our HQ in Turin.

Department: Organizational Development Dept

Location: IT, IT

Responsibilities

- Support in preparing and executing test cases (UAT) for new HR tools and functionalities
- Identify and track issues, bugs and inconsistencies during testing phases
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to collect feedback and suggest improvements
- Support documentation of testing results and issue resolution tracking
- Contribute to creating and updating user guidelines and process documentation

Qualifications

- Fluent in Italian and English
- Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or similar
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Comfortable with Excel and data handling
- Interest in HR tools and system implementation
- Proactive, curious and eager to learn
- Flexible way of working
