- Responsible for verifying and checking warehouse assets and consumables as part of daily warehouse operations.
- Oversee overall departmental operations, including verifying the accuracy of stock quantities in storage locations, conducting internal warehouse inspections (6S), handling the removal and processing of disposal orders, and executing product splitting orders.
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of abnormal orders.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and implement solutions.
- Maintain workplace safety, supervise relevant team activities, conduct routine inspections, and manage on-site operations.
- Oversee team scheduling, task allocation, guidance, training, and supervision.



Coordinate with other departments for smooth communication and provide support in cross-departmental tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Ensure operational quality, making sure that warehouse procedures comply with quality standards.
- Optimize operational efficiency and cost control, refining workflow processes to improve productivity and reduce unnecessary expenses.
- Monitor and analyze data, regularly checking warehouse operations data, evaluating efficiency, accuracy, and key performance indicators, and proposing improvement plans.
- Proficiently use warehouse tools such as the OWMS system and PDA devices. **Your profile includes**
- High school diploma or above, preferably in logistics or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in warehouse or e-commerce management.
- Ability to independently communicate and manage both external warehouse affairs and internal operations.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and a strong understanding of warehouse processes and optimization.
- Ability to identify safety and process issues in warehouse operations and propose solutions.
- Enjoys working in a team environment and can also work independently.
