Additionally, we operate two intelligent fulfillment centers in the UK and the US, equipped with Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) technology. **Your Challenges**
- Assist in overseeing the overall work arrangements of the outbound team, including employee scheduling, attendance checks, performance evaluations, and training guidance for new employees.
- Coordinate and resolve issues related to picking errors, such as incorrect or excess items, and communicate with relevant departments for handling.
- Supervise and inspect the efficiency and quality of pickers, packers, and palletizers to ensure order fulfillment in terms of picking and packaging completion rates, timeliness, and accuracy.
- Ensure workplace safety and be responsible for the management and maintenance of 6S standards in the area.
- Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of shipments through designated channels, guaranteeing the completion of daily order tasks.




- Monitor team members' adherence to management regulations, maintain and manage all equipment, and ensure safe operations.
- Maintain operational quality, ensuring that outbound processes comply with quality standards.
- Optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency, control costs, and reduce unnecessary expenses.
- Monitor and analyze outbound data, regularly reviewing key performance indicators such as operational efficiency and accuracy, and proposing improvement solutions.
- Assist the team leader in daily operations, resolving on-site anomalies, and effectively collaborating with other departments. **Your profile includes**: - Preferably experienced in cross-border e-commerce or physical warehouse management in overseas warehouses.
- Well-organized, able to perform tasks flexibly and rigorously.
- Strong communication and management skills, capable of organizing and coordinating outbound team operations.
- Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and a solid understanding of outbound processes.
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, capable of handling work pressure; management experience is preferred.
