As **Call-Off** you will join the Manufacturing Team to guarantee the continuity and efficiency of the flow of incoming materials for production lines, preventing slowdowns or interruptions, and to regularly monitor the stock level situation. **In this role you will have the opportunity to**: - Ensure a correct and continuous supply of materials for production
- Communicate regularly with suppliers to ensure the correct delivery of materials and to provide them with logístical data
- Monitor regularly delivery performances of suppliers
- Complete Kanban management




- Correctly organize the flow of transport between suppliers and Inbound within the required times, in collaboration with the logistics team
- Verify the correspondence of warehouse loads and purchase orders mentioned in supplier invoices
- Cooperating with your team and the other company departments to achieve production targets
- Manage work account with suppliers
- Work experience in the role and in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with incoming materials flow for production lines
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP
- Fluency in Italian and English
- High organisational skills, problem-solving and team working attitude
- Logical, pragmatic and team player mentality
- Positive and proactive approach, empathy and resilience
