- You are responsible for communicating booking updates with our key transfer suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation.
- Ensure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time
- Overseeing Operation during transfer day
- Managing Last Minute Bookings and Amendments and communicating them to Service delivery team and suppliers guaranteeing services as smooth as possible and optimizing costs and load factor.
- Amend, whenever necessary, plannings accordingly to vehicle availability
- Supporting service delivery team
- Solving daily operational incidents relating to TUI Group package services including excursions and/or transfers to guarantee that our Service Level Agreements are met.
- Guarantee that all information of the operation is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes.
- Liaise & negotiate with suppliers to solve problems.
- Collaborate with colleagues in other teams & support operations in other areas of Italy.
- Offer full experience as a local expert to the delivery team.




- Assist our suppliers/clients when on the spot through the emergency line
- Guide contracting **ABOUT YOU**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Italian & English is required. Other European languages would be advantageous.
- Great organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the leisure and tourism industry is desirable.
- Able to work in a flexible manner (including different shifts Monday-Sunday)
- Able to solve problems independently and embrace our digital culture.
- Easily adapt to working changes and quickly learn new skills
