We are looking for a Management Assistant Trainee to join our luxury hotel Anantara Convento di Amalfi: - Work on several projects at the same time
- Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
- Maintain controls of services and documentation procedures
- Help set quality assurance compliance objectives and ensure that targets are achieved
- Ensure procedures and quality standards are properly understood, carried out, evaluated and that modifications are investigated if necessary, performing monthly audits of standards in every department
- Efficiently support his/her superior(s)
- Performs related duties and special projects as assigned. HR / team motivation
Quality
Projects **Qualifications**:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Tourism
or about to graduate.
Proficiency in English communication and presentation skills
Excellence skill in computer literature
