**About the role**
The resource, reporting to the Service Director, will manage commercial relations with national and international customers. In particular, he/she will be responsible for: - Preparing commercial offers;




- Interfacing directly with the customer and/or internal departments to exchange information on components and the correctness of documentation;
- Entering order confirmations into the management system to start the production and/or component purchasing phase;
- Requesting quotations from suppliers to identify the cost of the supply;
- Monitoring the progress stages of the supply from the issuing of the order to the availability of the goods for shipment;
- Collaborating in the preparation of annual price lists for major customers;
- Using and updating data entered into the management system. **What you need to be successful**
- High school Diploma or University degree in economics or technical field;
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position with a focus on customer care is welcome;
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) and a second language (French, Spanish or others);
- Good Microsoft Excel skills;
- SAP knowledge will be considered a plus;
- Capability to work under pressure and respecting deadlines;
