ABOUT THE ROLE

You will configure operational workflows, digitalize safety‑critical procedures and preserve the plant's operational 'technical memory' across the five plant areas.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Run requirements analysis and define the site operational model (units, shifts, roles, authorization matrix)
- Configure the core modules: Operations Logbook, Shift Handover, Standing Orders, Operator Rounds
- Configure Control of Work / Permit to Work (LOTO, SIMOPS), safety & compliance mapping and Management of Change
- Set up Audit & Inspection management and the Knowledge Base
- Define integrations (Event Manager with DCS/SCADA/PI, EAM, Digital Twin), dashboards, mobility, testing, training and go‑live

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR





- Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in plant operations
- 5+ years in operations / functional consulting on operations‑management platforms in refinery or process plants
- Knowledge of field processes (shifts, rounds, work permits)
- Standards: Operations‑management and control‑of‑work / permit‑to‑work best practices; HSE alignment
- Tools: Octave Tempo (formerly Hexagon j5)

Nice to have

- Specific experience with Octave Tempo / Hexagon j5
- Change management and adoption of digital field tools

LOCATION

Office or at Client's premises in Italy.
