As Coordinator Field Service you will collaborate with Europe & SSA Aftermarket and Technical Support Team on all the AM jobs with the close collaboration with FSE team in scheduling the activities in the assigned country and you will be responsible to achieve the assigned goals, following the instructions and guidance, ensuring quality and compliance with all EHS policies. As a Coordinator Field Service, you will support for: - Service quote / order entry
- Field Service quotation
- In house quotation
- Spare parts (instrumental for the service) quotation/order entry
- Service Tender Quotation
- Turn around quotation
- Frame Agreement Renewal
- Data Analysis
- Outage Preparation: - EHS Documentation support for on field activities for our Italian FSE
- Mechanical activities preparation
- Spare parts needed
- Tools preparation
- Sub supplier engagement **Fuel your passion** To be successful in this role you will: - Have Engineering bachelor’s degree
- Base knowledge of the industrial environment
- Demonstrate experience working in a team-focused environment
- Knowledge of valves testing tools & equipment.
- Willingness and ability to travel all over the assigned territory, flexibility to work in over-time and non-working days.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Service Departments of instrumentation and industrial maintenance
- Strong English Language skills both written and verbal
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills,
