You support our team as PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT INTERN **Responsibilities**: - What You’ll Do: - Innovate & Develop: Design new products and enhance existing ones by developing raw materials, processes, and product parameters that support our business strategy.
- Project Leadership: Define, plan, and execute projects, seeing them through from conception to successful implementation.
- Customer-Centric Support: Work alongside our commercial team and provide technical expertise to customers, ensuring seamless product integration and addressing any challenges.
- Optimization & Quality Control: Establish product specifications and implement productivity, capacity, and quality improvements.

Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements through research and networking, incorporating new materials, processes, and competitive insights into product development. **Qualifications**: - What We’re Looking For: - Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Material Science; advanced degree preferred.
