_**Junior Data Scientist - Paid Internship**_ **About Us** Manutan Italia is the Italian branch of a French multinational with approximately 2,500 employees across Europe, specializing in B2B sales of equipment and supplies for businesses, public institutions, and professionals. **Who are we looking for?** For our office in Cinisello Balsamo, with a team of about 75 people, we are looking for a Junior Data Scientist Intern to join our Data team.
The selected person will support analytical activities with a focus on the customer lifecycle and the optimization of the customer experience. **What will you do?**
- Perform critical analysis of large volumes of customer data, with a particular focus on lifecycle stages and purchasing behaviour.
- Take part in the development of behavioural models based on AI techniques, aimed at understanding and predicting buying behaviour and customer loyalty.
- Participate in sharing analysis results, problem-solving, implementation, testing, and documentation within the scope of the team's projects.
- Develop and review simple prototypes or analytical components to be integrated into more complex data pipelines. **What we’re looking for**:



- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of programming languages and the ability to work with large data sets.
- English proficiency level B2 or higher, Italian is not a must.
