**Job Overview** We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled _**HR People Relations & Payroll Intern**_ to join our team and play a critical role in supporting HR people relations activities and payroll processes. In this position, you’ll work closely with HR People Relations Manager, Payroll Manager, HR Coordinator, HR PR Assistant, and the wider HR team, contributing directly to key payroll and people relations initiatives and contributing directly to our ongoing projects. **HR People Relations**
- Support HR communications and internal engagement initiatives.
- Help manage employee documentation,
ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the organization of mandatory and non-mandatory training, including scheduling, sending communications, and following up with participants.
- Contribute to HR digitalization efforts by managing employee records and process improvements.
- Provide support in union-related matters and labor law compliance as needed. **Payroll**
- Assist in payroll data verification, including attendance records and justifications.
- Help in reviewing and closing payroll workflows before final payroll submission.
- Support the Payroll Manager in handling intern and temporary employee attendance tracking, assist in analyzing payroll-related reports and providing administrative support
- Ensure accurate documentation for payroll and tax compliance.
- Archiving and storage of employee documentation. **What You’ll Need**: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in H**uman Resources, Business Administration**, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
- Ability to handle confidential information;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (**Excel, Word, PowerPoint**); experience with HRIS or payroll software is a plus;
- Fluency in **English** and Italian (both written and spoken);
