Sharp Brains is seeking an IT Support Technician L1 for on-site desk-side support in Bari, Italy. This freelance / B2B engagement lasts 1 year with potential extension. The role requires more than 3 years of IT support experience and will involve end-to-end hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting.

You will use SCCM, Intune and ServiceNow to manage assets and tickets, perform IMAC tasks, manage OS imaging, and provide VIP onsite assistance during escalations.
