A&O; IT Group is seeking an on-site IT Engineer to deliver professional desktop support as a freelance contractor through to the end of 2029. You will diagnose and resolve end-user issues across desktops, printers, and handheld devices, while maintaining documentation and service targets.

Responsibilities include 1st line IT support, infrastructure admin tasks, asset inventory, and on-site coverage from 8:00 to 19:00, with possible out-of-hours support.
