Experteer Overview

As a member of Oliver Wyman's Data & Analytics team, you will work with colleagues and clients from day one to tackle pressing analytical challenges. You will help design tailored solutions, build and assess prototypes, and engage with clients to share insights. The role offers exposure to diverse projects and a chance to apply advanced analytics at scale. You will join a collaborative, intellectually curious environment focused on meaningful, data-driven impact.

Responsabilità

- Quantitative discipline with strong numerical skills
- Data-driven mindset with ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Programming skills in Python or R; willingness to learn more technologies
- Strong teamwork and resilience in a dynamic environment
- Excellent command of English and Italian (verbal and written)
- Interest/experience in financial services and risk management is a plus
- At least 2 years of experience in specialized consulting firms, top-tier banking, or financial institutions
