Overview

Join a high-profile podcast production during the Global Nobel Laureates Assembly in the Frascati / Rome area, where you will capture interviews with renowned entrepreneurs, Nobel Laureates, scientists, investors, and thought leaders. This opportunity involves filming two confirmed podcast interviews, with the possibility of additional sessions based on guest availability. The role may also lead to future collaborations for ongoing podcast projects in Italy.

You will be responsible for ensuring professional video and audio quality, managing all technical aspects of the shoot, and delivering organized raw footage for post-production.

Responsibilities

- Set up and operate a three-camera system for multi-angle coverage of interviews

- Provide and manage two professional microphones and lighting equipment

- Record high-quality audio and video throughout each session





- Capture behind-the-scenes footage as requested

- Deliver organized, clearly labeled raw footage after each filming day

- Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth scheduling and setup

- Maintain equipment and troubleshoot technical issues on-site

Qualifications

- Proven experience filming interviews, podcasts, or similar productions

- Ownership or access to professional-grade cameras, microphones, and lighting

- Strong technical skills in video and audio recording

- Ability to work independently and manage all aspects of the shoot

- Fluent English communication skills

- Based in or near Rome, Italy, with availability on 14–15 July 2026

- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented approach to project delivery
