ALO in Rome, Lazio is seeking a Sales Associate to drive store sales and deliver authentic brand experiences. You will educate customers about our community and culture, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to achieving store goals with leadership collaboration.

Expect to analyze reports with the leadership team to guide action plans, maintain floor coverage, and support selling initiatives. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work varied shifts including the holiday period.
