As Assortment Planning Manager, you will shape the regional assortment strategy for SEMEA, translating global direction into locally relevant plans to drive growth and profitability. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce and Finance to align on commercial opportunities and optimize cross-market performance. The role sits within a dynamic, international Merchandising team and offers exposure to multiple channels and markets.
You will lead a high-performing team to deliver customer‑centric assortments that enhance engagement and value across the cluster.

- Define and execute omni-channel assortment strategies across SEMEA markets
- Lead pre-season range planning, balancing newness, continuity and depth
- Utilize customer, product and commercial insights to optimize assortments
- Conduct analyses to improve future planning cycles
- Monitor competitor assortments and pricing in key markets, notably Italy and Turkey
- Monitor sales,
sell-through and stock at category/SKU level
- Lead in-season trading reviews and implement corrective actions
- Accelerate winning products and address slow-moving inventory
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce and Finance to optimize stock allocation
- Influence global product and merchandising discussions as SEMEA voice
- Present recommendations and insights to regional/global stakeholders
- Develop and coach a high-performing team with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- 5+ years of experience in Merchandising, Assortment Planning, Buying or Product Management in retail, fashion or consumer goods
- Proven track record building and executing assortment strategies across multiple categories, channels and markets
- Experience managing OTB, WSSI and inventory planning processes
- Demonstrated people leadership experience
- Strong commercial acumen in sell-through, margin optimization and full-price trading
- Advanced analytical and Excel skills;
experience with planning, ERP and BI tools
- Experience operating in a matrix, international environment
