In this role you will lead material planning and execution to align with production schedules and KPIs, optimize inventory, and drive process improvements within a global energy technology manufacturing team. You will collaborate across functions to ensure smooth data exchange and continuous product and process enhancements. The role emphasizes independent work, problem solving, and leadership in a dynamic, inclusive environment. You’ll contribute to shaping efficient, scalable manufacturing operations that support energy solutions worldwide.

Responsibilities

- Manage project planning, material processes and systems; prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs
- Ensure alignment between operation and production plan and KPIs
- Optimize inventory and drive process improvements
- Facilitate data exchange and identify improvements in products,



processes and procedures
- Manage standardized manufacturing processes with some latitude in planning methods

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree from an accredited university or 4 years of Manufacturing experience with a high school diploma
- At least 18 months of experience in Manufacturing, preferably in planning roles
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Italian and English (speaking and writing)
