The company is headquartered in New York, with a global team of nearly 1,800 people in 36 countries. **About the opportunity** We're looking for a **Marketing Assistant Intern** who's curious, creative, and ready to dive into real projects in a fast-paced, fun, and purpose-driven environment. Based in Milan, you'll support our Marketing Director and collaborate with our local team on exciting initiatives that bring our brand to life across Italy — from client meetings and PR campaigns, to newsletters, events, and merch drops. This internship is perfect for a university student looking to complete a curricular internship as part of their academic program. **What will you do?**
- Support the Marketing Director and team in day-to-day activities and campaigns.
- Manage and maintain relationships with our external PR agency.
- Assist in crafting eye-catching case studies and client-facing presentations.
- Support the planning and execution of internal and external events, including logistics and communications
- Travel across Italy for client meetings and events—expenses covered
- Help build and create impactful sales enablement materials, such as newsletters (via HubSpot) and sales decks
- Contribute to the creation of marketing swags like t-shirts, caps, and more




- Collaborate across teams to brainstorm and execute strategic marketing initiatives
- Stay up to date with trends and proactively share new ideas **What will you bring to the team?**
- A current university student eligible for a curricular internship (university agreement required)
- Based in or willing to relocate to Milan, with the flexibility to travel within Italy
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- A strategic thinker who enjoys both the creative and analytical sides of marketing
