What you’ll do: You’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing the CRM Dynamics 365 system, ensuring that the solutions implemented align with business objectives and drive operational efficiency. Your role will involve configuring, customizing, and integrating Dynamics 365, leveraging your strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to deliver value across the organization. What you’ll bring: - At least 5 years of experience managing CRM Dynamics 365;
- Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 functionalities and best practices;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
